Q. Who is eligible to participate in the scheme?

This promotion is an invite only promotion.

Q. What happens if I leave employment?

Only employees of the company invited to take part in the reward programme are eligible to attend the trip. If you leave an company invited to take part, you will no longer be eligible to attend. ​

Leaderboard Updates

Q. How often will the leaderboard be updated?

This will be updated weekly or bi-weekly according to the incentive sponsor (Dropbox).

Q. I don’t think my position is correct.

Please contact us and we will double check the sales numbers that we receive from your company.

Q. How are leaderboard positions calculated?

​​Sales data is received from Dropbox and leaderboard positions are allocated based on the greatest overachievement of target. ​​

​​You must hit your sales target to be eligible for a place on the trip. You can check the status bar on the home page to see if you have yet achieved your target.

Q. How will I know if I’ve won a place on the trip.

​​The company you work for will be notified that they have secured a place on the trip. The decision of who to send on the trip will remain that of the designated administrator.​​

Rewards - Receiving

Q. How long will my reward take to receive?

San Francisco trip – You will be notified that you have won after the 20th December 2019.

Dates: Departure & Return dates and timings will be organised shortly after the winner has been announced.

3x Nights accommodation at stated hotel based on double rooms for single occupancy & Breakfast included.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (UK) excluding Bank Holidays and we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

Where a query cannot be resolved the same day, our team will provide updates every 1 – 3 working days until your query has been resolved.
